These terms govern your use of the website and the driving lesson services we provide. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payment

Lessons must be paid for at the time of booking via the payment methods we accept (card, Afterpay where eligible). Package lessons are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the lesson start time are fully refundable or reschedulable. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window forfeit the lesson, except where genuine emergencies apply (we'll always work with you in those situations).

Instructor conduct

All our instructors hold a current Working With Children Check, are accredited driving instructors with the relevant state authority, and maintain comprehensive driving instructor insurance. Lessons take place in dual-control vehicles with the instructor in control of brake and clutch.

Learner permit

You must hold a current learner permit (or other valid licence for refresher / overseas conversion lessons). You must show your permit to the instructor at the start of each lesson — without it, the lesson cannot proceed and is forfeit.

Pass First Go Guarantee

Where offered, the Pass First Go Guarantee applies to learners who: (a) complete our full 10-lesson Professional package, (b) complete a final pre-test assessment with their instructor and receive a written test-ready confirmation, and (c) attend the actual driving test as scheduled. If you fail under those conditions, your next lesson is free. The guarantee does not refund test fees or vehicle hire.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the lesson involved, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. We carry public liability and instructor indemnity insurance.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
